Refer a Friend

Terms & Conditions

Kerativ may, from time to time, offer a referral rewards program ("Refer a Friend Program"). Participation in the Refer a Friend Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms presented through the referral program.

Under the current Refer a Friend Program:

• Eligible customers ("Referrers") may receive one (1) promotional discount of $10 USD when an eligible referred customer ("Recipient") completes a qualifying purchase of $100 USD or more (exclusive of taxes, shipping, discounts, gift cards, and other fees, unless otherwise specified).
• Recipients are eligible to receive one (1) promotional discount of $10 USD toward a qualifying purchase of $100 USD or more, subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.
• Referral rewards are not earned until the Recipient's qualifying order has been successfully completed and is not canceled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.
• The Referrer's reward may take up to fourteen (14) days following the Recipient's qualifying purchase to be issued.
• Referral rewards expire thirty (30) days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Expired rewards have no cash value and will not be reissued or extended.
• Referral rewards are promotional discounts only, are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, exchanged, or combined except as expressly permitted by Kerativ.
• Self-referrals, creating multiple accounts, referring yourself or members of your household, fraudulent referrals, abuse of the referral program, or any activity intended to circumvent these Terms may result in disqualification of rewards, cancellation of discounts, suspension from the Refer a Friend Program, or termination of customer accounts at Kerativ's sole discretion.
• Kerativ reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any referral or qualifying purchase before issuing referral rewards.
• Kerativ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program, or to change its eligibility requirements, reward amounts, qualifying purchase thresholds, expiration periods, or other program terms, at any time without prior notice.
• If the Refer a Friend Program is modified, any unredeemed Recipient offer that has already been issued shall continue to be honored for one (1) day from the date of issuance. After that one (1)-day period, any unused Recipient offer shall be governed by the Refer a Friend Program terms then in effect.
• Kerativ's decisions regarding eligibility, qualifying purchases, referral validity, and interpretation of these program terms shall be final.
