Return Policy

To start a return, contact us at support@kerativ.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for mailing your item back. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition and received within 30 days of your delivery date to qualify for a refund. Bundles must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For Canadian orders, any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been processed.
