To start a return, contact us at support@kerativ.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send instructions for mailing your item back. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened and unused condition and received within 30 days of your delivery date. Bundles must be returned in full to be eligible. Return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process the returned item.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if an order is lost in transit, contact us at support@kerativ.com. Following reasonable verification of the reported issue, we will send a one-time replacement at no additional charge. If an order is undeliverable, contact us at support@kerativ.com. After confirming the correct shipping address, we will make one additional shipment at no charge; if we cannot confirm an address or cannot deliver the order, we will refund the order. We may deny, limit, or investigate a request involving suspected fraud, abuse, resale activity, or materially inaccurate shipping information, subject to applicable law. If you refuse delivery or accept delivery and later wish to cancel, the order is subject to this Return and Refund Policy.
