This lathers beautifully and has the perfect, mild scent. As someone who gets migraines i am very reluctant to try new products in case the perfume is a trigger. This does not leave me with oily hair and i have been using it with the serum so cant say whether this on its own is effective but i have no reason to doubt its effectiveness based on the results i am seeing. I am about to stock up.

Unfortunately about a week and a half after starting with the shampoo I experienced uncharacteristic hair shedding. Thinking it would be temporary, I continued using it for another week. After a lot of lost hair I stopped and with in a few days, the shedding stopped. The reason I started the products was to help with fine thin hair so excessive shedding is a non starter for me.
